Executive Director Barry Carr is part of a US DOE led effort to educate the public on the use of Renewable Natural Gas. This collaborative group is led by the DOE's Argonne National Laboratory. Barry is also part of the DOE's National Renewable Energy Labs Utility Working Group. This involves several other Clean Cities Coalitions as well as Atlas Public Policy. The goal of the group is to understand how the regulated electric utilities function in order to promote electric transportation.
